3月7日，小菜园发布公告称，罗永祥因其他工作安排，已就其非执行董事之职务提出辞呈，自2025年3月7日起生效。
罗永祥已确认，彼与董事会之间并无意见分歧，亦无有关彼辞任的事宜须敦请公司股东或香港联合交易所有限公司垂注。
此外，朱雪菁已获委任为非执行董事，自2025年3月7日起生效。
