医生了解后发现，秦家三代人中共有9人确诊癌症，医生表示秦先生父辈职业环境十分复杂，且家中有长期吸烟史。再进一步检测中发现该家族基因中，出现罕见基因胚体突变，或为家族癌症的主要诱因。
