新加坡副总理兼贸工部长颜金勇3月6日宣布，新加坡科技研究局将投资近5亿新元，在新加坡半导体技术转化创新中心（NSTIC）增设国家半导体研发制造设施，新设施将于2027年投运。据介绍，该设施最初会聚焦先进封装技术。
