3月6日，饿了么官微发文称，目前已推出“骑手权益月恳谈会”机制，通过定期举办骑手、商家、用户、专家等沟通互动，进行算法公开和主题调研，积极听取各方反馈，对相关建议持续完善。饿了么方面表示，一直在积极推动算法的正面应用，并努力让平台规则更加透明。
