3月4日金融界消息，根据国家金融监督管理总局陕西监管局公布的行政处罚信息，中国平安人寿保险西安电话销售中心因涉及欺骗投保人的行为，已被责令改正并处以12万元的罚款。同时，该中心相关责任人井家辉也因同样违规行为，被给予警告并处以2万元的罚款。
