北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）北京市住建委官网数据显示，3月4日北京新房网签204套，网签面积15358.61平方米，其中住宅网签81套，网签面积10676.63平方米；二手房网签740套，网签面积63382.29平方米，其中住宅网签649套，网签面积58885.6平方米。
