据央视新闻消息，当地时间3月4日，美国商务部长卢特尼克表示，美国总统特朗普可能会降低对加拿大和墨西哥的关税，相关决定预计将于5日宣布。
卢特尼克表示，特朗普正在寻找一种折中的方法，降低关税并不意味着暂停征收关税。（央视记者 许弢）
