据美国趣味科学工程网站2日消息，谷歌X实验室近期推出其下一代硅光子芯片Taara。这款芯片无需电缆，仅通过光束即实现了高达10Gbps（千兆比特每秒）的数据传输速度，或将重新定义连接和使用互联网的方式。
