北京楼市“小阳春”提前
财联社3月2日电，一般来说，三月份是楼市一年当中首个交易旺季，俗称“小阳春”。不过，近期记者了解到，从多地市场的表现来看，今年的“小阳春”有所提前。在北京，今年1月至2月，合计网签二手住宅超2.4万套，相比去年同期增长近3成，二手房市场的活跃度有了明显提升。 (央视财经)
