2月28日，百万网红罗大美被害案在河南省南阳市中级人民法院开庭审理。当晚庭审结束后，罗大美家属表示该案择期宣判，余某生、沙某某和杨某三名被告人均翻供。检方给出的量刑建议是主犯余某生死刑，沙某某和杨某在10年以上有期徒刑至死刑之间。
