公司回答表示：投资者、上海华铭精密模具有限公司不是公司合并范围内的子公司。其成立于2004年，属于公司初创阶段在模具行业的技术引进和工艺研发平台，该公司受当年整体运营考虑决定注销，且于2009年已经正式完成清算注销。
