【财华社讯】中国恒大(03333.HK)公布，继针对天基控股发出清盘令后，香港高等法院于2025年2月21日颁令委任安迈顾问有限公司的 Edward Simon Middleton及黄咏诗为天基控股的共同及各別清盘人。
股份自2024年1月29日上午10时18分起暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。
