当地时间27日上午，韩国宪法法院裁定代总统崔相穆拒绝任命韩国宪法法院第9名法官违宪。
宪法法院指出，崔相穆以“缺乏朝野协议”为由拒绝任命由在野党推荐的第9名宪法法院法官马恩赫侵犯韩国国会权利，代行总统职权的崔相穆有义务任命国会推荐的法官人选。
