牛仔品牌Lee母公司Kontoor Brands宣布，将以约12.8亿加元（约合65.63亿元人民币）收购挪威户外品牌Helly Hansen（海丽汉森），交易预计在6月30日前完成。
Kontoor Brands集团预计，Helly Hansen（海丽汉森）在2025年将创造6.8亿美元（约合49.53亿元人民币）的营收，以及8000万美元（约合 5.83 亿元人民币）的调整后税息折旧及摊销前利润，并计划在未来三年将收入提升至8亿美元。
