香港特区政府财政司司长陈茂波今日（26日）在香港特区立法会综合大楼会议厅发表2025至2026财政年度政府财政预算案。陈茂波表示，特区政府将研究向从陆路边境管制站离境的私家车征收边境建设费，旅游巴士和货车等不受影响。若以每辆私家车收取200港元为例，每年可带来约10亿港元的收入。
