香港特区政府财政司司长陈茂波今日（26日）在香港特区立法会综合大楼会议厅发表2025至2026财政年度政府财政预算案。陈茂波表示，随着基建开支的增加，香港特区政府会相应扩大发债规模，预计2025／2026至2029／2030年度的五年间，每年在“政府可持续债券计划”及“基础建设债券计划”下发行债券合共约1500亿港元至1950亿港元，其中约百分之五十六用于为到期的短期债务再融资。
