华春莹，女，汉族，1970年4月生，大学毕业，中共党员。现任外交部党委委员、副部长。
此前担任中国—中东欧国家合作秘书处秘书长的外交部原副部长邓励，已出任中国驻法国兼驻摩纳哥大使。
