当地时间2月25日，智利内政部长托阿表示，由于全国大范围停电，政府已宣布 “灾难状态”并决定从当日22时起实施宵禁。此次大规模停电影响了智利98%以上的人口，也就是说，超过1900万人受到停电影响。智利国家航空称，部分航班可能会受到停电影响。（央视新闻）
