2月25日，联合利华发布公告称，Hein Schumacher将于2025年3月1日卸任首席执行官和董事会董事，并将于2025年5月31日离开公司，现任首席财务官兼执行董事Fernando Fernandez将从2025年3月1日起被任命为首席执行官。
