2025年2月25日，昊华科技(600378.SH)公告称，公司拟将全资子公司中昊晨光化工研究院有限公司100%股权，按照截至2023年12月31日经审计的账面净资产262,243万元划转至公司全资子公司中化蓝天集团有限公司。
公告指出，本次划转不涉及债权债务转移和职工安置，不构成关联交易或重大资产重组。划转完成后，中化蓝天将直接持有中昊晨光100%股权，中昊晨光成为中化蓝天的全资子公司。
