智通财经APP讯，中银航空租赁(02588)公布，于2025年2月21日，公司的全资附属公司BOC Aviation (Cayman) Limited订立协议向波音公司(The Boeing Company)购买五架波音737-8飞机。同日，公司亦与Arajet S.A.就该等飞机订立长期租赁。交易事项构成公司的一项合资格飞机租赁活动。
据悉，五架波音737-8飞机，计划于2026年及2027年交付。
