2月21日，360集团创始人、董事长周鸿祎在微博发文宣布免费送100辆国产新能源车的活动取消送车门槛，只要用户报名就能参与抽车。周鸿祎表示：“大家希望降低门槛的心声我都收到了，必须接受大家的建议。”据周鸿祎介绍，第二批送出的车型为三款iCAR，共计20台。
