中远海发（02866）发布公告，2025年2月21日，公司在香港交易所回购股份50万股，回购价格为0.99港元，合计付出金额为50万港元。根据回购授权的决议，公司可回购的股份总数为3.68亿股，目前已回购股份1.47亿股，约占回购授权决议通过时已发行股份的4.00166%。
2024年前三季度，中远海发实现收入198.72亿元，归母净利润13.81亿元。
