2月20日，日本铠侠控股宣布开发出新一代NAND型闪存，代表性能的层数为332层，比以往的218层有所增加。数据传输速度提高33%，读取数据时的电力效率也得到改善。
铠侠今后将在日本国内生产该产品，具体时间尚未确定。（日经新闻）
