年内第二轮LPR报价出炉，1年期、5年期LPR均维持不变。
2月20日周四，中国人民银行授权全国银行间同业拆借中心公布，2025年2月20日贷款市场报价利率（LPR）为：1年期LPR为3.1%，5年期以上LPR为3.6%，均持平前值。
两期限的LPR已连续四个月按兵不动。东方金诚首席宏观分析师王青此前表示，一揽子增量政策出台后，经济景气度上升，楼市也显著回暖，短期内LPR进一步下行的必要性下降。
