北京首都机场股份2月17日在港交所公告，由于公司执行董事兼公司总经理韩志亮已届退休年龄，故韩志亮已辞任公司总经理，自公告日期起生效。
于彼辞任总经理后，韩志亮将继续留任公司执行董事及董事会提名委员会及战略与可持续发展(ESG)委员会各自之成员。
经董事会批准，公司副总经理邓先山将自公告之日起暂时代行公司总经理的一切职责。
