近日，有网友反映，她通过花小猪App打车，多次提醒司机别玩手机，结果半路被司机赶下车。
2月16日，海南省三亚市交通运输局发布情况通报称，网民反映情况基本属实，派单的一喂顺风车平台已对涉事司机账号永久封禁，将于1~2个工作日向网民退还该笔顺风车订单费用。
