财联社2月15日电，欧洲央行理事会成员Fabio Panetta表示，鉴于2%的价格目标在望且通胀风险偏于下行，欧洲央行在降息方面无须犹豫。“货币政策继续对经济活动和通胀施加下行压力，在通胀接近目标、内需持续疲弱的情况下，这种影响越来越没有必要。”他周六在都灵发表讲话时说道，“在货币宽松方面不那么果断，可能导致中期内通胀过低。”
