财联社2月15日电，墨西哥总统辛鲍姆当地时间2月14日表示，美国一直在墨西哥使用军用侦察飞机监视贩毒集团活动。辛鲍姆强调，这类美国军用侦察飞机的军事行动必须尊重墨西哥国家主权，美国当局必须与墨西哥政府共享信息，“这是不容谈判的”。
