北京商报讯（记者 刘晓梦）2月14日，极氪宣布与领克完成股权交割。股权交割完成后，领克的51%权益归属极氪，49%的权益归属吉利汽车，领克成为极氪非全资附属公司。
据了解，随着此次股权交割完成，距离2024年11月14日极氪领克公布战略整合后仅3个月，极氪科技集团便正式宣告成立。
