金融界2月14日消息，合众思壮拟使用自有资金对全资子公司合众智造（河南）科技有限公司增资 10,000.00 万元人民币。此次增资后，合众智造注册资本将由 10,000.00 万元增加至 20,000.00 万元，公司仍持有其 100%股权。合众智造成立于 2020 年 7 月 15 日，其 2024 年 9 月 30 日未经审计的资产总额为 30,918.07 万元等。本次增资基于公司战略布局及子公司经营发展需要，风险可控。
