当地时间2月13日，当地警方表示，当天美国俄勒冈州波特兰附近的高速公路上发生连环车祸，导致100多辆汽车、卡车和半挂卡车相撞。
据当地媒体报道，事故发生时，波特兰当地正经历强降雪、大风和冻雨天气，道路能见度极低。由于车祸发生，涉事的高速路已部分封闭。（总台记者 赵淼）
