2月13日，沭阳县沂北灌区改造工程施工现场机器轰鸣，挖掘机、推土机在加固大堤，工人在进行节制闸施工。
据了解，该工程将疏浚、护砌沂北干渠12.88千米，拆建节制闸5座，新建干渠管理道路12.88千米，并实施水土保持及环境保护工程等，助力当地农业生产。（徐建东 摄）
