2月13日，华宝国际在港交所公告，公司获执行董事兼副首席财务官蔡文霞通知，其近日收到香港廉政公署通知，确认廉政公署调查工作已经完成，廉政公署无须继续调查有关个案。另外，蔡文霞的保释条件已被解除。
