“雨水”将至，全国春管春耕工作由南向北陆续展开。近日，农业农村部派出5个工作组，分赴10个粮油主产省份，深入田间地头调查小麦油菜苗情长势、粮食价格、种植意向和农资下摆等情况，指导各地因地因苗加强春季田管，切实防范春旱、“倒春寒”等灾害，落实落细各项政策，不误农时抓好春耕春播，确保应播尽播、种在丰产期，夯实全年粮食丰收基础。
