当地时间2月12日，OpenAI首席执行官Sam Altman在社交网络表示，该公司将在“几周内”推出代号为“Orion”的GPT-4.5模型。同时，Altman表示，公司将在未来几个月内推出GPT-5模型。
Altman透露，GPT-5模型将整合OpenAI的大量技术，包括o3。此外，o3将不再作为独立模型发布。
Altman表示，ChatGPT将获得GPT-5在“标准智能设置”下的无限制聊天权限，但会受到滥用阈值的限制。Plus订阅用户可以运行“高智能级别”的GPT-5，Pro订阅用户将可以使用“更高智能级别”的GPT-5。
