眼下，由于持续低温天气影响，黄河内蒙古巴彦淖尔临河段出现冰坝景观，近看一两米高的冰块犹如一片玉石摆放在冰面，远看连绵数里的冰块犹如一条哈达飘落在岸边，在阳光照耀下十分壮观。
