沪硅产业2月12日公告，子公司上海新昇半导体科技有限公司及其控股子公司上海新昇晶睿半导体科技有限公司、太原晋科硅材料技术有限公司拟与供应商江苏鑫华半导体科技股份有限公司（简称“鑫华半导体”）签订电子级多晶硅采购框架合同；向鑫华半导体采购电子级多晶硅产品，合同总金额预计为10.54亿元（含税）。本框架合同有效期为5年，自2025年1月1日起至2029年12月31日止。
