地产圈传出一则重磅消息后，港股内房股午后异动拉升。
刚刚，万科(2202.HK)快速拉升涨超11%，融创中国(1918.HK)涨超10%，融信中国(3301.HK)、世茂集团(0813.HK)、新城发展(1030.HK) 、旭辉控股集团(0884.HK)、富力地产(2777.HK)、龙湖集团(0960.HK)均涨超6%。
万科A股今天则触及涨停，成交额达25.86亿元。
此前一则报道称，中国政府正在准备一项方案，有望为万科解决今年500亿元人民币的资金缺口提供帮助。
