根据克而瑞的整理统计，2月7日-9日广东省共有7个城市披露了收储计划，共涉及48幅地块，土地面积约224.6万平米，总收购价格171.03亿元。从收购折扣来看，在排除掉协议土地以及已进行部分开发的土地之后，剩余36块被收储净地对比拿地价格的整体收购折扣为87.5%。从被收购地块的项目公司性质来看，本次被收购的48幅地块中有45块都是当地国企所有。
