金融界2月11日消息，有投资者在互动平台向芯碁微装提问：公司24年11月发布的减持公告，目前减持期已过半，目前进展如何？为何没有相关公告？
公司回答表示：按照减持管理办法最新规定，不再对减持计划时间过半或数量过半的事中进展作硬性披露要求，公司将持续跟踪减持进展，并在达到披露标准后及时履行公告义务。
