证券时报e公司讯，企查查APP显示，近日，海航地空机（重庆）航空科技有限公司、海航空地机（重庆）航空科技有限公司成立，法定代表人均为祝涛，注册资本均为500万元，经营范围含智能无人飞行器制造、智能机器人销售、工业机器人销售、人工智能硬件销售、人工智能基础软件开发等。企查查股权穿透显示，二者均由海航航空集团有限公司全资持股。
