据@大湾区之声 微博，香港特区署理行政长官陈国基今日（2月11日）表示，目前香港启德体育园准备就绪，接下来仍会陆续进行多项演练，相信可于3月1日正式启动。
陈国基表示，香港特区政府将于3月1日为启德体育园举行盛大的启动仪式，邀请内地及香港著名的体育界、文娱界人士等出席表演。
