据四川省人民政府官网消息：四川省人民政府决定：任命：李海蓉为四川省发展和改革委员会副主任（试用期一年）；
李海蓉长期在四川省发改委工作，曾担任过地区经济处副处长等领导职务。
本次履新前担任四川省发展改革委推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设统筹处处长。
