格隆汇2月10日｜永利渡假村近日公布，旗下位于阿联酋的首个综合渡假村Wynn Al Marjan Island，已由全球贷款集团获得一笔24亿美元的建设融资，以用作项目的开发用途。 永利渡假村透露，Wynn Al Marjan Island建设工程进展顺利，渡假村主楼34楼的结构混凝土已完成64%，电梯核心筒已延伸至36楼。施工队正以每周完成一层楼的速度施工，同时争取在今年12月封顶。据介绍，渡假村将提供1542间客房及套房。
