波音公司计划在2025年4月前削减其太空发射系统团队约400个职位。波音2月7日表示，裁员是为了配合阿尔忒弥斯计划的修订和成本预期，“我们正与客户合作，寻求在公司内部重新部署员工，以尽量减少工作岗位的损失，留住优秀团队成员。”阿尔忒弥斯计划由美国航空航天局（NASA）主导。
