蛋酥香蕉卷
食材：香蕉、鸡蛋、面包糠、面粉
做法：
1、香蕉去皮切成段，先将香蕉段裹上一层面粉。
2、鸡蛋打散成蛋液，将裹好面粉的香蕉放入蛋液中滚一圈，再放入面包糠中均匀地裹上一层面包糠。
3、锅中倒油，油热后放入裹好的香蕉卷，炸至金黄色，捞出控油，稍微晾凉即可食用。
