格隆汇2月5日丨洲际船务(02409.HK)公告，于2024年4月15日，买方Seacon Shipping Pte. Ltd(公司的间接全资附属公司)与卖方福建东南造船有限公司订立两份造船合约，据此，买方同意购买而卖方同意出售两艘船舶，总代价为6460万美元。
于2025年2月5日，买方与卖方及原买方（公司的间接全资附属公司）订立更替协议，据此，原买方同意就两艘船舶向买方更替原合约，而原合约将由条款与原合约大致相同的造船合约取代，总代价约为19,760,000美元。
