近日，三亚西岛承载力不足导致大量游客滞留码头三小时，高声齐喊退票。1月31日晚，三亚西岛海洋文化旅游区发布三亚西岛景区关于游客滞留事件的诚挚致歉与情况说明。
景区表示，已紧急制定和调整优化措施，增设小丑、魔术师等表演缓解游客焦躁情绪，增设零食饮用水发放点保证供给。
