春节期间，辛巴带货880元海鲜大礼包，包括红毛蟹、波士顿龙虾等。但有不少消费者反应，螃蟹解冻后全是黑水，根本无法食用。1月31日，辛巴回应称，一定会负责到底。其海鲜供货商尖锋食客发文称，赠送一瓶采购含税价920元的五粮液作为补偿。
